Individual Coaching—Herb uses the Enneagram and Myers-Briggs, among other systems, as tools for self-development and for improved relationship-building with others. Herb will help you understand your unique personality makeup and process and he adds high level empathy and clear explanations. His specialty is to support you in developing your inherent strengths, support trait development outside your comfort zone and coaching you on enhancing your relationship communication skills that add confidence, expertise and satisfaction to the unique relationships in your life. He sensitively guides you in your personal growth process, yet is clear and direct in what your process will likely be, as well as give you the tools that you help you accomplish the changes you want.

Couples Counseling—Herb's speciality is in working with couples. He quickly hones in on very specific information about personality differences and reveals the couple's dynamics that manifest in discord and conflict. Herb then designs communication tips uniquely for the couple's personal issues and helps them develop their own skills to ensure that what they learned in the session works effectively when they are on their own. Many couples report that one session with Herb is worth many sessions with a generic couples therapist. You'll gain the clarity and confidence to make useful and needed changes in your relationship.

Family Counseling—Herb has worked with many families to understand what the unique needs and motivations are of each family member and how each person can be more successful in communicating effectively. Miracles often occur very quickly where family interaction becomes more harmonious, fun and mutually rewarding as each family member develops some of the best traits of everyone in the family and learns ways to relate to the unique personality of each other.

Herb is based in Arlington, Massachusetts. He is available for coaching in person, by phone or Skype at a rate of $100 an hour, prorated to whatever time feels right to you to end. You can call on the spot or set up an appointment. Payment is by cash, check, credit card or PayPal.
